Directly on the southern shore of the Großer Priepert See lake and on the course of the Havel river, the holiday flat is located on a waterfront property in the landlord's residential building. An idyllic spot, an ideal starting point for tours by bike, canoe, motorboat or on foot.

Here you will find a pleasant tranquillity and can enjoy the beautiful sunset at the Großer Priepert See in the quiet of the evening with a nice glass of wine or watch the awakening birdlife at sunrise.

In the barely touched, natural environment, water birds and other protected and endangered animals such as ospreys, cranes and otters can be observed going about their daily business and rearing their young.

Garden furniture and a barbecue are available, as well as bicycles and a paddle boat. Bicycles can be parked securely. A car parking space is available.
