One of two comfortable holiday flats is located on the top floor of Villa Liselotte. The approx. 95m² flat extends over 2 floors and is suitable for up to 6 people.

The ground floor houses the open-plan living/dining and kitchen area, a large bathroom and a guest room. From the living area, a generously designed staircase leads to the bright, light-flooded attic. There are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The two bedrooms, which are almost the same size, are equipped with a double bed (on the seaside) or single beds (on the forest side) and a wardrobe. If required, the bedrooms can be equipped with travel beds for small children. Likewise, if required, a child's high chair can be provided. The stylishly furnished flat has underfloor heating, guest wi-fi and digital TV with internet and DAB+ CD/radio. The bathrooms are equipped with a ground-level shower, a washbasin that can be accessed from underneath and a WC as well as a hairdryer. The bathroom on the ground floor also has a bathtub. A washing machine is located in the bathroom on the upper floor.

From the "lake side" bedroom, you can catch a glimpse of the lake in the beautiful autumn to spring. The "forest side" bedroom has a small balcony that invites you to have breakfast or sunbathe undisturbed on sunny days. The quiet zones created in the bedrooms, the living area and the guest room invite you to linger and relax. The high-quality equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven at working height. Further equipment includes a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.

The guest room on the lower floor has a TV/DAB+ CD radio and a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people if required. Through the guest room you can reach the generously designed terrace, which invites you to soak up the sun or simply enjoy nature.

The flat has been designed to be disabled-friendly, including level access and wide doors. The entrance to the flat, as well as the access to the rooms and the shower on the lower floor are at ground level (no steps).

The plots in the Röblinseesiedlung are on a slope, so the access to the property is a steep path, the holiday home itself is on a flat plateau. Parking is possible in front of the property.
