On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a 1.60 cm bed, balcony access and panoramic windows with lake view.

The house has a large modern shower room with WC on the upper floor and an additional guest WC on the ground floor.

The living area on the ground floor is equipped with a dining table for 4 people and 2 sofas.

There is a fitted kitchen in the living area.

In the garden, a seating area for 4 people invites you to eat or relax.

The house has a modern 55 inch smart TV, WLAN and Bluetooth/Internet radio.

There is a small parking space on the property, and further parking is available on the street in front of the house.

The house is close to the lake and forest and is a great starting point for sporting and nature activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming, SUP or paddle tours.

The Berlin Copenhagen Cycle Path passes directly by the house.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Pets are welcome.
