Holiday home Im Grünen

The holiday home "Im Grünen" is located in a quiet and green residential area in the south-east of the water town Fürstenberg/Havel. It is about a 15-minute walk to the town centre.

There are shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, post office, bakery, pharmacy and banks. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station. From there, the regional train to Berlin's main station leaves every hour (journey time 1 hour). 

The separately situated holiday home stands on a 1200 m² plot of land lovingly planted by the owner, who lives in the front house. Neighbouring properties are almost not visible. 

The living space of the holiday home, which was completely renovated in 2017 and furnished to a high standard, is approx. 55 m². It is divided into a modern living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, cooker, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine as well as all important small kitchen appliances, hallway, shower and separate WC.

Hallway, shower, WC and kitchen are tiled in the floor area. The living room and bedroom have laminate flooring.

Guests have access to a TV and DVD player as well as a total of 5 high-quality bicycles (three 28er for adults, one 20er and one 24er for children), a barbecue, games and books.

A covered terrace with a view of the well-tended garden invites you to relax or have breakfast to start the day. A seating set with risers can be used.

For those visitors who do not like mosquitoes, it is perhaps important that all windows are fitted with window grilles. The FH can be used all year round as there is modern heating.
