This solid holiday home is located on a very well-kept, spacious property on the south-western outskirts of the water town of Fürstenberg/Havel, directly on the edge of the forest. It is accessible at ground level and is spatially divided into hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen, modern bathroom with tub, conservatory and storage room.

The conservatory is accessible from the bedroom and the fully equipped kitchen. The house is very clean and inviting. The quiet location on the outskirts allows the holidaymaker to find the best relaxation. An outdoor seating area with garden furniture can also be used by the guests. A barbecue is at the tenants' disposal. The nearby Bürgersee lake is no more than a 10-minute walk away. At the same time, the property is located on the long-distance cycle path Berlin Copenhagen in the direction of Neuglobsow. The holiday accommodation is suitable for 2 people. A cot can be set up if required. There is also a sleeping possibility in the winter garden.

A fishing barge can be hired for a fee to start a fishing trip. The lake is a DAV water body.
