Enjoy your holiday in the Fürstenberg lake district, directly on the lake! On the north-eastern outskirts of Fürstenberg/Havel stands this modern holiday home, which is perfectly suited for up to 4 people.

The spacious, lovingly and newly furnished holiday home is divided on two living levels into 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, kitchen and storage room.

On the light-flooded ground floor is the living room with two-seater couch, three-seater couch and dining table with 6 chairs. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, small kitchen appliances and refrigerator as well as a table with 4 chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, washbasin and WC.

The roof terrace can be accessed from the kitchen. It offers an idyllic view of the lake. A beach chair creates a maritime flair.

Two bedrooms and also a storage room for luggage can be used in the attic. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds.

A total of three wardrobes offer sufficient storage space for the holiday wardrobe.

Two comfortable swing chairs complete the furnishings in a room placed in the direction of Lake Baalen, providing the opportunity to relax, daydream or read.

Tiles have been laid in the floor areas of the hallway, bathroom and kitchen, and high-quality wood flooring has been used in the living and sleeping areas.

Directly on the lake, guests have access to a cosy seating area and a rowing boat, which is included in the price.

Two parking spaces are available on the property, where the landlord's house is also located.
