The cozy and modern furnished houseboat has a size of 12.50 x 4.70 m with a living area of about 40 sqm and an equally large roof terrace. "Joana" offers enough space and comfort for 4 people with an unobstructed view of the lake from the salon and a magnificent view from the roof terrace over the lake and to the marina. The houseboat is moored in the harbor and can not be moved.

Bedingungen: Rauchen ist nur außerhalb des Hausbootes auf den Terrassen gestattet, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Highlight ist die große Sonnenterrasse, auf der man es sich gemütlich machen und den tollen Blick über den Steg und den See genießen kann. Der Gasgrill lässt die Herzen von Grillfreunden höherschlagen. Spiele wie Rummikub, Uno, Skat und Roulette laden zu einem geselligen und lustigen Abend ein. Für die Kinder gibt es Quiz- und Puzzlespiele und auch ein paar Bücher. Das Stand Up Paddle, inklusive Kajaksitz sorgt für sportlichen Freizeitspaß.

In all rooms there are blinds or curtains that protect from prying eyes and insulate well. Linen packages can be added for an additional fee. A cash deposit is required on site. There is ample parking (for a fee), a small port store, and a Greek restaurant in the fenced area of the harbor. Only 900 m away is a large Rewe market and a drugstore (Rossmann). Also in the center of Zehdenick you will find recommendable restaurants, stores and banks.
