The stage from Brieselang to Hennigsdorf offers a lot of variety. Sandy forest paths, the expanse of open countryside and once again the picturesque banks of the Havel Canal make for a delightful hike with many impressions. On the 19.9 km long hiking trail you will reach 11 m uphill and 11 m downhill, with a maximum altitude of 35 m above sea level and a minimum altitude of 32 m above sea level.

Route description: Brieselang is the starting point of this section. First along the Havel Canal and across the town past homes with well-tended gardens, the hike leads into the forest. Pines, birches and 100 old oaks to the left, meadow, poplars to the right and the Havel Canal a little way off. Across open fields, you return to the banks of the canal for the last time on the entire 66-lake hike. At the Schönwalde lock, you say your final goodbyes to the waterway. The remaining kilometres to Hennigsdorf are covered in the forest or at the edge of the forest. On the way to the stage destination is the picturesque village of Schönwalde with its church worth seeing.
