Historic Town Centres Cycle Routes - Route 2

This route takes you through the historic town centres of Nauen, Kremmen, Gransee, Rheinsberg, Wittstock/Dosse, Kyritz and Wusterhausen/Dosse.

During your tour, visit and experience Germany's largest remaining barn district in Kremmen, Rheinsberg and its legendary moated castle, Martin Luther Square and St. Jakobi Church in Nauen, Gransee with its Wieck houses, Germany's only completely preserved brick town wall in Wittstock/Dosse, the historic ensemble of buildings on the market square in Kyritz and St . Peter and Paul Church in Wusterhausen/Dosse.

The route also runs through beautiful scenery, including the Stechlin-Ruppiner Seenland and Westhavelland nature parks.

You can start on the route from a wide variety of starting points and there is also an excellent connection to Berlin, which means that the capital can also serve as a starting point or destination.
