The cozy and modern furnished houseboat has a size of 12.50 x 4.70 m with a living area of about 40 sqm and an equally large roof terrace. "Joana" offers enough space and comfort for 4 people with an unobstructed view of the lake from the salon and a magnificent view from the roof terrace over the lake and to the marina. The houseboat is moored in the harbor and can not be moved.

The highlight is the large sun terrace, where you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy the great view over the jetty and the lake. The gas grill makes the hearts of barbecue lovers beat faster. Games like Rummikub, Uno, Skat and Roulette invite to a sociable and funny evening. For the children there are quiz and puzzle games and also some books. The Stand Up Paddle, including kayak seat provides sporty leisure fun.

In all rooms there are blinds or curtains that protect from prying eyes and insulate well. Linen packages can be added for an additional fee. A cash deposit is required on site. There is ample parking (for a fee), a small port store, and a Greek restaurant in the fenced area of the harbor. Only 900 m away is a large Rewe market and a drugstore (Rossmann). Also in the center of Zehdenick you will find recommendable restaurants, stores and banks.
