The holiday home, completed in 2014, is situated on a lakefront property of approx. 6000 sqm with old trees and its own jetties, as well as on a canal.

On the ground floor, the holiday home has a living/dining area of approx. 50 sqm with a wood-burning stove and state-of-the-art kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a combined sauna (steam sauna and Finnish sauna).

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub.

The living/dining area is largely two-storey.

The wood-burning stove in the living area provides pleasant warmth in the cooler seasons in addition to the gas central heating.

The two-storey living area with large table, which has been extended up to the roof, gives the ground floor a generous character. There is another holiday home on the property. If both properties were used by one rental party, a dining area with 12 chairs would be available to guests in this house. 

The furnishings are of high quality and timeless.
