The modern holiday flat on the upper floor of the house built in 2003 is comfortably furnished. It is divided into a combined living room/bedroom with a well-equipped American kitchen, a sleeping gallery that can be reached via an economy staircase and a spacious bathroom with shower.

The well-maintained waterfront property can be used by guests.

A barbecue area, garden furniture and a parking space are available. A kayak, a quad canoe, a motorboat without a licence and bicycles can be rented. Swimming in the lake is possible directly from the property. A bathing ladder is available.

Dogs are not allowed in this holiday accommodation.
