Hostel in the Christmas House

Excursionists, cyclists, hikers and canoeists will find the hostel a well-kept, simple place to stay in a beautiful location. There are three double rooms and one family room with 4 beds, including a double bunk bed. The shared sanitary facilities consist of two modern spacious shower bathrooms with toilets. Guests can use the common room with TV and a kitchen. There is a surcharge per person for only one overnight stay. A delicious breakfast can be booked as an option.

A visit to the Christmas parlour is a must. Tourist information is available at the Haus des Gastes.

During the summer months, the café-bistro is open on site. Freshly baked cake specialities and aromatic coffee treats invite you to linger. Various events take place, such as the Himmelpfort summer stage with small concerts or themed market days. The highlight of the event calendar each year is the opening of the Christmas post office by Father Christmas.
