The "Villa Steinhavel" is located in Steinförde on a slope towards the Havel on a 4,000 m² plot. You can jump directly into the Havel from the property. The villa was built around 1915 in the spa style as a "Pension Bergschlösschen".

Steinförde is surrounded by forest and lakes. Away from the major roads, you can enjoy the peace and quiet in Steinförde. Steinförde is particularly well suited as a starting point for hiking and for bicycle and boat tours.

The holiday flat with living room, bedroom, bathroom (tub/shower) and kitchen is very spacious with 60 m² of living space and 30 m² of terrace space for 2 people. From the living room, the kitchen and the terrace you have a wonderful view of and over the Havel. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, radio and CD player are available. The kitchen is well equipped. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available. The villa has a house sauna, rowing boat and bicycle garage.
