Restaurant Zum Löwen

The family-run house, directly on the Havel Canal, next to the lock in Strasen, offers guests peace and relaxation. Surrounded on all sides by water, the house was built in the 17th century as a water mill and was used as such until 1933.

The restaurant (80 seats) and the terrace in front of it (80 seats) with a view of the Havel, offer good Mecklenburg cuisine with many fresh fish and typical regional dishes. From the restaurant you have a view of the charming countryside. A modern conference room is available for meetings and conferences. Parking facilities for cars and buses are available.

No factory farming, no transport and slaughter stress. The natural way of life and the balanced diet of native game species in the wild give the venison a high vitamin and mineral content with a low fat content at the same time.
