House Friedolin

Vacation living like with friends, quiet on the edge of the old town. Garden, terrace, lake view - ideal for 4 - 6 people.

In the small rental house, very easy to reach with the back to the old town of Fürstenberg and to the front with lake view yet quiet and beautifully located, are located on the first floor 2 small vacation rental units each with private bathroom for up to 2 x 2 people, grouped around a common, well-equipped kitchen in the conservatory with fireplace, with access from the garden with terrace. Another, 3rd room for up to 2 people with also private bathroom can be added via the hallway.

This makes it very suitable for cozy couples or friends get-togethers, or even parents with young or teenage children.

The garden (with herb garden) and the large terrace (on the street-side garage) to Lake Baalen are directly adjacent and can of course be shared.

There within walking distance at the Baalensee is also the "Ahoy" boat and SUP station (about 150m) and the beautiful Havelpark forest with bathing area (about 300m to the Havel bridge). The marketplace of Fürstenberg with stores, supermarket, cafes/restaurants is located virtually behind the house (200m). The train station Fürstenberg is about 7-10 min walk away.

The rooms are slightly different in design and equipment, but each with double bed 160x200cm and private shower room.

A unit 1 "right" is located at the conservatory, which is access and kitchen, in the one-story outbuilding under a green roof with skylight windows that can be opened by remote control, castle floor and has a mosaic-tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, floor-level shower and a sauna (electricity costs extra 10€/cycle).

The other unit 2 "middle" is located on the opposite side of the conservatory in the main house, has 1 bedroom and an anteroom with piano and a tiled bathroom with lake view and large floor level shower.

The other independent room 3 "left" is located beyond the house entrance hallway and has a floor-to-ceiling French door directly with some lake view over the garden and own shower room with simple equipment.

All rooms/bathrooms have central heating and hot water, the winter garden with kitchen is heated by the fireplace stove if needed.

Wi-Fi is available to all guests free of charge. There are 2 in-house parking spaces directly opposite.

Prices vary according to season and room/person combination on request, e.g. weekend Fri/Sat/Sun (2 nights) unit 1 + unit 2 (4 persons) with winter garden/kitchen for 200 €, incl. bed linen/towels and final cleaning, additional nights 85 €. Otherwise arrangements by arrangement.
