Providers can post their accommodation there and guests can either book themselves or reserve their accommodation through the staff of the tourist office. An occupancy calendar gives guests an overview of which accommodation in the lake district is available or occupied at any given time. "We are very satisfied with the system and the service," say Monika and Wolfgang Bielefeldt. Most guests found their way to them via the online booking system in 2021. "For us, it was more than worthwhile to have our accommodation set up. Without this service, we would not have had such guest numbers. We are happy to recommend the system to others," says Monika Bielefeldt. The contact person for the service is Sabrina Kamenz at the Tourist Information Office in Fürstenberg/Havel. The advantage for you: we take care of entering the data free of charge for the members of our tourism associations in Fürstenberg/Havel and Zehdenick as well as marketing fee payers in Stechlin, which are then played out several times on different sales platforms," explains the employee of the tourist information office in the Wasserstadt. "We support our customers with all changes that arise and make them at short notice. The guest can thus easily book your accommodation online in a relaxed way, after work, from home."
