New edition of the pleasure brochure "Einfach Gutes Essen" planned

We want to give our regional providers a face, let them have their say and explain personally what the motivation behind their vocation is. They stand for passion and conviction. Their products are produced here in the region and are mostly processed here by their customers and buyers such as local restaurateurs. Their voice is important - for us, for the Lake District.

That's why 2 years ago we published a new brochure dedicated to our regional producers, farm shop operators, cafés and catering businesses and their passion - regional products. Presented at the International Green Week 2020, we have since distributed more than 5,000 copies to visitors, at trade fairs and at regional events - with the result that we are now planning a completely revised new edition and would like to publish it in Easter/early summer 2023. We are currently in the canvassing phase and will approach you, our regional suppliers, about the project in good time. With 68 pages, we would like to give even more suppliers the opportunity to show themselves. We would like to introduce 30 producers/gastronomers. The pictures will be taken by a professional photographer with whom we will visit you at arranged times. The texts will be written in our office in Gransee, with terra press from Berlin as our agency.
