The brochure presents regional suppliers, producers and restaurateurs, who are making a contribution to the topic of regionality in the central area of Gransee-Zehdenick-Fürstenberg/Havel. The people behind the products are introduced in small portraits. The reader learns more about the motives of the entrepreneurs to dedicate themselves regionally and locally to the topic of food - whether production or processing. The booklets are available after Easter at the tourist information offices in Stechlin, Gransee, Zehdenick and Fürstenberg/Havel, as well as from all participating suppliers and from WInTO GmbH in Hennigsdorf, which contributed financially to the printing costs. The glossary section of the booklet also lists all the regional providers with their contacts who are based in the southern district of Oberhavel.
