The trained cook brings everything an excellent hostess needs - taste for the kitchen, flair and sufficient empathy for the guests. She would like to spoil them with breakfast from the buffet, small snacks such as two fresh soups daily (one always vegan), salad platters, vegan curry and sandwiches. She also offers fish rolls with maties, herring or salmon, which her husband smokes fresh on site. The small refreshments are also available to take away. However, guests can only find out what the Brandenburg break is all about on site at the café. At coffee time, Cathrin Küsel offers two to three different types of homemade cake in her barrier-free café, and there is also ice cream on the menu for those with a sweet tooth. Dinner will be available by reservation only, with a choice of two different dishes cooked from regional products. Packed lunches for cyclists, hikers and canoeists are also available from Cathrin Küsel.
