On to the Erhol-Dich-gut - This is how a family vacation at Gut Boltenhof goes

Gut Boltenhof is one of the few preserved and self-contained knight's estates in Brandenburg, only 60 minutes by car north of Berlin. Today the estate is run as a tourist-gastronomic business with hotel rooms, vacation apartments, restaurant, farm store and an old cattle barn for events.

The estate includes 80 hectares of organic farmland with stables, servants' quarters, manor house, park, meadows and fields, own cattle and pig breeding as well as goose and chicken breeding. The animals grow up slowly and as species-appropriate as possible.

Slaughtering is done on site and also otherwise great importance is attached to short distances: The immediate surroundings not only offer a special wealth of game, herbs, forest and field crops, but also other excellent producers with whom Gut Boltenhof is in partnership and who enrich the farm store and restaurant with their sustainable products, depending on the season and availability.
