Farm Wudick

On the small family farm Wudick are in species-appropriate animal husbandry, Charolais cattle and Duroc pigs.

The cattle herd consists of 25 mother cows, which are outside all year round and their calves stay with them for 7-9 months. The meat of French Charolais cattle is lean and is characterized by its typical minimal marbling of very fine fat veins. The beef has a distinctive aromatic flavor.

The Duroc pigs are kept on straw and they have employment materials at their disposal. The meat of the Duroc is characterized by a higher intramuscular fat content, which keeps it nice and juicy and tasty.

The feed for the animals is produced by the Bauenhof itself and the products are offered in direct marketing.
