Monastery garden Zehdenick

The monastery complex in Zehdenick also includes the idyllic orchard meadow, which was designed in 2015 according to historical models and since 2019 has also housed a herb show garden.  

Along the dormitory wall, various types of herbs can be viewed in raised beds. In the direction of the Havel, fruit trees grow on the extensive meadow while a flock of sheep takes care of the lawn. The adjacent café invites you to linger over a delicious piece of cake and a cup of coffee, and the monastery museum tells about the exciting history of the grounds and also has a surprise in store for children.
