Wiesenrind - Agrar GmbH Bergsdorf

Agrar GmbH Bergsdorf specialises in breeding and finishing beef cattle of the Uckermärker breed. The cattle grow up in herds of suckler cows and spend their entire lives outdoors in the meadows around Bergsdorf, in winter in the paddock on the Fichtenberg. The direct marketing of the Bergsdorf meadow cattle is particularly close to the heart of the company and its managing director Christoph Lehmann. From the birth of the animal to the finished foodstuff, one hundred percent transparency is the claim. Visitors can see this for themselves at any time on the farm. The animals are slaughtered directly on the farm and the meat products are produced in the company's own slaughterhouse.

Besides fresh meat, there are sausages and cooked meat dishes in jars. These are available in the farm shop on site.
